My slow flow yoga classes of guided conscious movement are designed to ground, centre and re-energise both body and mind. My philosophy originates in dynamic flow and takes inspiration from Peter Blackaby (Intelligent Yoga), Scaravelli, Laban movement, Somatic movement and the Franklin Method - all of which draw from the idea that your body has its own innate wisdom stored inside the nervous system, should we find ways to listen to it and heal it from within.
